The Sales Growth Strategist will play a pivotal role in fostering New Business development within the ClearCourse Retail Division. This position involves cultivating a network of connections to attract prospective clients, exploring new market avenues, and managing growth initiatives while making sales forecasts and revenue projections aligned with anticipated income.

As an integral part of the sales community at ClearCourse, you will collaborate with Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Support & Implementation teams to ensure that operational strategies are effectively executed to achieve Key Strategic Initiatives. You will be responsible for accurately documenting plans, activities, and opportunities in the Sales CRM system, while adhering to established processes and procedures to effectively gauge customer feedback. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of business performance through tactical analysis of outcomes and risks will be essential.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A demonstrated history of success in driving New Business development within an IT / Tech / SaaS / Retail Software environment
  • Strong technical and commercial insight
  • Proficient project management capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strategic and analytical thought processes
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail software sales, along with familiarity with Retail software systems, including POS, is advantageous
