Sales Growth Manager Role

ClearCourse Retail is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive New Business growth within the ClearCourse Retail Division. The successful candidate will develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business growth within the ClearCourse Retail Division
  • Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients
  • Research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects
  • Make sales projections and forecast revenue
  • Ensure operational plans are in place to deliver Key Strategic Initiatives
  • Document plans, activities, and opportunities accurately in the Sales CRM system

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success driving New Business growth within an IT / Tech / SaaS / Retail Software organisation
  • High level of technical and commercial awareness
  • Project management skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Background in e-commerce or retail software sales is beneficial
