Workshop Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Sales and Customer Support Coordinator to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Our client is a prominent player in their sector, catering to both elite clientele and the general public with tailored offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming sales requests, addressing the needs of both existing trade and retail clients.
- Engage with potential customers, assisting the business development team by providing and following up on quotes.
- Utilize various communication channels, including phone, web chat, and email, to connect with new prospects.
- Handle incoming calls from customers, guiding them in selecting and purchasing products and services.
- Conduct regular account management activities, maintaining relationships with designated accounts to enhance order levels and introduce new offerings.
- Respond to online inquiries through the web chat system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales objectives.
- Oversee the order process, ensuring effective communication with clients from order placement to dispatch.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and fairs, acting as a brand ambassador when required.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate a seamless order experience for clients.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional sales and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in making outbound sales calls.
- Previous experience in a sales role is essential.
This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
