Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales requests, addressing the needs of both existing trade and retail clients.
  • Engage with potential customers, assisting the business development team by providing and following up on quotes.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, web chat, and email, to connect with new prospects.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers, guiding them in selecting and purchasing products and services.
  • Conduct regular account management activities, maintaining relationships with designated accounts to enhance order levels and introduce new offerings.
  • Respond to online inquiries through the web chat system.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales objectives.
  • Oversee the order process, ensuring effective communication with clients from order placement to dispatch.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and fairs, acting as a brand ambassador when required.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate a seamless order experience for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional sales and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in making outbound sales calls.
  • Previous experience in a sales role is essential.

This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
