Internal Business Development Specialist

INSTARMAC GROUP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team in Tamworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales function, maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating sales efforts and maintaining customer relationships
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Analyzing data and making informed decisions
In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong desire to succeed. You will need to be highly organized, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As well as a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
