We are seeking a Business Development Assistant to support our external sales team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our sales operations department, you will drive sales success and assist in identifying opportunities and converting quotes to orders.
About the Role:
- Drive sales success by providing valuable feedback to estimators and sales managers.
- Identify opportunities and convert quotes to orders using our internal CRM system.
Your Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and computer literacy.
- Excellent telephone manner and driven by results, action-oriented, and effective communication.
- Resilience and ability to make high volumes of outgoing calls.
