Business Development Manager

BMS Performance is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our sales and marketing efforts, driving business growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B marketing, with experience in developing and executing marketing strategies. They will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, specifiers, and large housing developers.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, approachable, and resilient, with strong communication skills and the ability to travel up to 5 days per week. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 (dependent on experience) and a car allowance of £3,000.
