Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our store teams in delivering outstanding results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching management teams to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve store performance
- Lead and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
