Job Summary:

The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving commercial growth and customer satisfaction objectives at Pareto. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, driving sales performance, optimizing customer success initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Success functions.

The Sales Manager is also adept at defining and refining sales strategies, leveraging data and market insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve commercial growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance and optimize customer success initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer success initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop talent, particularly among graduates and early-career professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales management or leadership role, ideally in a related industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer success outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales and customer success strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus).
