About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced new homes sales advisor to join our client's team in Banbury. As a dedicated sales consultant, you will play a key role in guiding customers through the home-buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, handling their queries and concerns
  • Manage reservations, oversee legal completions, and ensure the sales area is well presented
  • Update and maintain the company CRM system
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure build and sales timelines are aligned

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Valid, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Well-presented
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the market and competitors
