About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading National new homes developer as a Home Buyer Experience Specialist. You will play a critical role in ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience throughout the home buying process. Your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting customers, handling inbound sales enquiries, and providing sales progression updates. You will also be responsible for scheduling customer appointments, managing reservations, and overseeing legal completions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home buying process
  • Meet and greet customers at our sites
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and provide sales progression updates
  • Schedule customer appointments and manage reservations
  • Oversee legal completions and sell finishing touches
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure build and sales timelines are aligned
Requirements

  • A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
