This is an exciting opportunity to join our Inside Sales team in Banbury, where you will be working closely with our sales representatives and channel partners to drive sales growth and revenue for WPS UK.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing a range of key accounts to drive incremental sales for WPS through site penetration/acquisition and product range extension.
  • Supporting sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, sales quotes, sales information management, product training, and financing.
  • Tracking transactions and preparing reports regarding information such as order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas, and sales representative earnings.
Key Responsibilities:

You will work closely with our sales managers to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets the needs of our customers and drives business growth. You will also be responsible for building and managing your sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding revenue and activity performance goals, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Work with sales managers to execute optimum sales approach.
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goals.
  • Be a focal point for specific accounts, providing preferential treatment (from a customer's viewpoint). Handle escalated queries/complaints through to a satisfactory resolution in line with organisational procedures.
  • Grow sales of key accounts and the territory as a whole via executing the specific account strategy.
  • CARRY OUT OUTBOUND TELEPHONE CALLING CAMPAIGNS TO PROMOTE THE SETON BRAND OFFER AND/OR FOLLOW UP ON SPECIFIC DIRECT MAILING CAMPAIGNS AND PROMOTIONS.
  • Achieve and exceed relevant KPI's: Revenue targets, Outbound calls, Quote conversion targets, Customer response handling targets, Data quality capture and accuracy, and productivity.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-pressure, dynamic telemarketing, sales, customer service or contact centre sales environment. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2 years' key account management ownership. Excellent computer literacy – with a comprehensive knowledge in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. SAP knowledge is preferred (although full training can be given).
