Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Banbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for further developing corporate account strategies, goals, and measures.

  • Create individual platform strategies detailing market verticals and sub-verticals
  • Define the 'go-to-market' model per vertical/sub-vertical
  • Identify key targets per sector, both end-users and channel, and develop/prospect
  • Execute, review, and adapt plans
  • Execute own lead generation and appointment setting
  • Develop account penetration and retention tactics
  • Identify innovative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Prepare commercial quotations and respond to tender requests
  • Leverage solutions (scalable opportunities) across new and existing accounts
  • Create selling KPIs, measure, and report
  • Revenue growth across all Brady platforms
