About the Role:
This opportunity sits within our Discount channel, operating from our Banbury Head Office and cutting-edge Health & Beauty manufacturing site in Redditch. As a National Sales Manager, you'll develop and execute customer strategies, drive revenue growth, and deliver supplier objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer strategies to drive revenue growth
- Deliver supplier objectives and negotiate effective Joint Business Plans (JBP)
- Build comprehensive account models with a strategic long-term focus
- Provide key insights through EPOS data tracking, competitor analysis, and in-depth customer understanding
About You:
You'll bring an entrepreneurial mindset, outstanding commercial awareness, and proven results in sales management. You're a strong communicator, skilled in negotiation and category management, with a collaborative approach to achieving targets and delivering customer excellence.
What We Offer:
- A competitive estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
