Job Description: Commercial Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Manager to join our team at Cleenol. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading the purchasing team. This role offers a clear path to commercial directorship for individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy tackling industry challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with distributors to grow businesses and enhance profitability.
  • Focus on international growth opportunities and develop relationships with international factories.
  • Manage partnerships to produce products under other brands and identify key growth areas.
  • Develop relationships to license Cleenol formulations to international factories.
  • Lead sales teams to excel and inspire them to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles.
  • Familiarity with licensing and contract manufacturing agreements.
  • Experience in working with international markets and export sales.
  • Natural leadership and collaboration skills, with a track record of team development.
  • Financial acumen, including budget management and business analysis.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
