Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer and marketer of complete solutions that identify and protect people, products and places.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and grow existing client relationships within a defined territory through regular contact and timely follow-up.
- Educate customers on a full range of product and service offerings available.
- Work with sales managers to execute optimum sales approach.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer interactions through outbound calls and emails.
- Utilise multiple systems (CRM, SAP, dialer).
- Provide preferential treatment to specific accounts, handling escalated queries/complaints through to a satisfactory resolution in line with organisational procedures.
- Grow sales of key accounts and the territory as a whole via executing the specific account strategy.
- Follow up on all quotes and follow through to order status as required.
- Carry out outbound telephone calling campaigns to promote the company brand offer and/or following up on specific direct mailing campaigns and promotions.
- Liaise with marketing to produce customised marketing campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed relevant KPI's individual, team and business goals and objectives: Revenue targets, Outbound calls, Quote conversion targets, Customer response handling targets, Data quality capture and accuracy and productivity.
- Provide backup & support for other contact centre roles including quotes/customer, sales & customer service advisor role as required.
- Minimum 2 years sales operational experience in a high pressured, dynamic telemarketing, sales, customer service or contact centre sales environment.
- Minimum 2 years key account management ownership.
- Excellent computer literacy – with a comprehensive knowledge in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
- SAP knowledge preferred (although full training can be given).
