About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team as a Purchase Ledger Accountant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing financial records and ensuring that payments are made on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Financial Records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sales, purchase, and general ledgers.
- Process Invoices: You will process purchase invoices in our document management system and ensure that payments are made on time.
- Credit Assessments: You will conduct credit assessments and establish credit limits based on credit checks.
Requirements:
- Financial Skills: You should have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including accounting and bookkeeping.
- Analytical Skills: You should be able to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
