Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Probe UK. As an essential member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for coordinating material purchases, ensuring specifications, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to monitor purchase orders and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also be required to maintain safety stocks and warehouse capacity, as well as communicate effectively with our warehouse and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse daily stock requirement reports and place purchase orders accordingly.
  • Monitor purchase orders for timely delivery, agreed price, and quality standards.
  • Maintain raw material 'Goods In' schedules and communicate with warehouse and accounts teams to resolve any issues.

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and annual family fun day.
