Join our team as a Procurement Specialist and take advantage of an estimated annual salary of £60,000. At Westbase Technology Ltd, we are looking for a skilled professional to onboard and engage with Suppliers & Vendors to drive service excellence, control costs and mitigate risks.

The successful candidate will develop and sustain long-standing relationships with Suppliers & Vendors, negotiating pricing and contracts, communicating expectations and performance, and resolving any product or service-related concerns.
  • Familiarisation of Vendors with product priorities, setting standards for vendor performance & responsibilities (KPI's quality, return rate, etc).
  • Evaluation of Supplier & Vendor management methods and applying continuous improvement for delivery, quality, availability, etc.
  • Managing service agreements & RFP's ensuring compliance and invoking commercial remedies, penalties, credits, etc, where appropriate.
Additionally, the Procurement Specialist will coordinate with various cross-functional departments, maintain Supplier & Vendor records and databases, and build reports and surveys for tracking and auditing vendor programs.
