Job Responsibilities
  • Support the WPS UK marketing mix by generating profitable revenue and customer loyalty
  • Proactively manage key accounts to drive incremental sales for WPS
  • Work with sales managers to execute optimum sales approaches
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline
  • Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goals
  • Provide preferential treatment to specific accounts
  • Handle escalated queries/complaints through to a satisfactory resolution
  • Carry out outbound telephone calling campaigns to promote the Seton brand offer
  • Achieve and exceed relevant KPIs: Revenue targets, Outbound calls, Quote conversion targets, Customer response handling targets, Data quality capture and accuracy, and productivity
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years sales operational experience in a high-pressure environment
  • Minimum 2 years key account management ownership
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • SAP knowledge preferred but not required
