- You will be responsible for learning about key areas of the business, market, and product range, including lighting, cabling, and security access control.
- With extensive training, you will equip yourself with the skills needed to thrive in a successful sales career.
- You will manage current sales accounts, identify growth opportunities, and maximize profitability.
- Progress through various sales-based roles and work towards management positions.
The package includes:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Extensive training on the company, products, and industry.
- Continuous 'on the job' training and professional development.
- Company car (upon progression to a field-based role).
- Pension scheme.
- 25 days paid holiday per year plus bank holidays.
