Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team based in Banbury. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts across the UK and Ireland. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, establish effective working relationships with clients, and deliver sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing solid relationships with key accounts
- Developing technical and commercial expertise with key accounts
- Identifying and prioritising new business opportunities
- Communicating new features to increase sales opportunities
- Preparing and presenting proposals
- Liaising with European-based factories and suppliers daily
- Maintaining and developing existing customers
- Providing professional and personable customer care
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Requirements:
- A background in engineering
- AutoCAD experience advantageous
- Experience in technical sales within manufacturing or FMCG
- Project-based technical sales experience
- Proven track record in successful field sales
- Client account management experience
- Business development skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Meticulous attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
