Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our UK site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted solutions.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
