We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced new homes sales advisor to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the home buying process.
Salary and BenefitsOur salary package includes a competitive annual salary of £42,000, plus an attractive commission structure that rewards high performers. You will also enjoy pension contributions and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading National new homes developer as a residential sales team member. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, meeting and greeting customers, handling inbound sales enquiries, and providing sales progression updates. Your days will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to grow your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet customers at our sites
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and provide sales progression updates
- Schedule customer appointments and manage reservations
- Oversee legal completions and sell finishing touches
- Update and maintain our company's CRM system
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure build and sales timelines are aligned
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in new homes sales
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new CRM systems
- A strong process-driven approach and excellent organizational skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
