We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

The successful candidate will have some experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach. You will work closely with the care team to deliver individualized care plans, supporting residents with their daily needs and activities.

As a key member of the care team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training and development program. This includes specialist training in areas such as dementia care and medication management.

The salary for this role is £20,000 per annum, plus benefits including generous annual leave and pension scheme.
