Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Healthcare Equipment Assistant to join our team at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and processing of reusable medical devices.
Key Duties- Assisting with the receipt, disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, packing and sterilisation of reusable medical devices.
- Supporting medical device decontamination duties and assisting supervisors in providing a specialised medical devices decontamination service.
- Maintaining accurate records of instrumentation and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have basic numeracy and good hand-to-eye coordination, with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
