Resident Engagement Specialist - NHS Care Homes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues to achieve outstanding care results.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on your skills and experience, offering a great chance to progress your career.
