We are currently seeking experienced female home care workers to join our team in the OX15 region of Banbury. As a home care worker with Goldsmith Personnel LTD, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in their daily lives, promoting their independence and dignity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks
- Assisting clients with personal care
- Encouraging clients to participate in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
