As a Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading our efforts to ensure the highest standards of clinical care across our nursing homes in Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, and Cheltenham.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for clinical governance and quality improvement. You will be responsible for reviewing and supporting the performance of our nursing homes, analyzing clinical governance databases and KPIs, and implementing practical strategies to improve care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives across our nursing homes
- Collaborate with Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to implement key actions and address issues
- Analyze clinical governance database and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration, RN (General), and evidence of continued professional development
- Experience working in a care home environment, including as a clinical mentor
- Strong understanding of current regulatory requirements
