HR Assistant Opportunity

Pertemps is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their team in Northampton. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and selection process, maintaining employee records, and ensuring administrative functions are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and record the recruitment and selection process, including production of job specifications, application packs, and arranging interviews.
  • Maintain employee files and records, including attendance, leave, and training records.
  • Ensure all administrative functions, including data and statistical document production, correspondence, and filing, are dealt with professionally.
  • Coordinate the new starter process, including offer paperwork, contracts, and pre-employment checks.
Requirements:
  • A passion for HR and a desire to kick-start your career.
  • Previous HR experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft packages.
