Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the unionized workforce on our clients' site, working collaboratively to resolve issues and improve working relationships.
  • Coordinate and attend ER meetings as required, providing support and guidance to ensure effective resolution of employee relations matters.
  • Track and provide data as requested, using insights to suggest and implement initiatives that drive business improvement.
  • Partner with Learning and Development to identify and provide training and development needs, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 minimum.
  • Previous experience working with a unionized workforce.
  • HR legislative understanding and knowledge.
  • Proven experience advising on HR-related matters.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Determined and resilient attitude towards work.
  • Positive and credible with the ability to build trust, respect, and openness.
  • Commercial and proactive mindset.
  • High-level IT skills using MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
