Daytime Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Challenging Behavior Care Worker to join our team in Tunbridge Wells, supporting adults with complex needs on our supported living service. Our people enjoy participating in community activities and require a skilled worker to provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our people, addressing their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure comprehensive support, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Support our people in managing daily tasks, including finance, household chores, and personal care.

Requirements:

  • Female Support Worker required
  • Must be flexible and available for all shifts across 7 days
  • Full UK Driving License necessary
  • Experience in similar roles supporting autism and challenging behavior essential
  • Paid enhanced DBS check required
  • Flexible working hours
  • Up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
