About the OpportunityWe are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Tunbridge Wells, supporting adults with diverse physical, mental, and behavioral needs in a supported living environment.
- Estimated salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
- Required experience: previous experience working with autism and challenging behavior
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as accessing community facilities and participating in leisure activities
- Fostering social connections and relationships with family and friends
- Managing personal finances and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Providing personalized care and promoting independence
