About the Job

We are recruiting Care Coordinators to work with adults who have complex needs in Tunbridge Wells.

  • Salary range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Required skills and qualifications: previous experience working with autism and challenging behavior
Key Responsibilities

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Developing and implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviors
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing evaluation and improvement
  • Collaborating with colleagues and professionals to ensure seamless support
