The JobThis Adult Support Worker role involves working with individuals who require support with daily living activities, including personal care, social activities, and financial management. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring that every individual receives the highest level of care and support.
Requirements- A Full UK Manual or Automatic Driving License required and must be willing to drive onsite Service Vehicle.
- Experience within similar roles specifically supporting autism & challenging behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Early Pay - ability to access your earnings more frequently if you wish.
