As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to adults with complex needs, enabling them to live independently and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to service users, promoting independence and autonomy
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
  • Accompanying service users on community outings, fostering social connections and relationships
  • Supporting with financial management, including budgeting and bill payments
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the management team
