Job Description
">We are seeking a compassionate Care Professional to support our younger clients with their day-to-day activities and promote their independence while continuing with their ongoing lifestyle. As a Care Professional, you will deliver one-to-one companionship services to individuals in their own homes, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, medication reminders, shopping/errands, and support in the community such as outings, activities, and escorts to appointments. Our services are personalized to clients' needs, wishes, and preferences, and we carefully match our Care Professionals to clients based on mutual interests and hobbies.
We offer a flexible hours contract, and our Care Professionals can expect to spend a minimum of two hours per visit with clients. You will need to be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, building strong relationships with your clients. If you have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
">A Car Driver is required for this role as many of our clients live in remote villages inaccessible by public transport. You will also need to have a good understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion when working with vulnerable adults. As a Care Professional, you will be employed on a flexible hours contract, and we ask that you be available to meet the needs of your clients, which may include weekends and occasional evening and night work.
Salary and Benefits
">We estimate the salary for this role to be around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role. You will also benefit from our competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Please note that this role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
