We are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to provide exceptional care and support to residents in our care home. As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, following care plans, and ensuring each resident receives personalized attention.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in caring for older adults
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible working hours, free training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
