Independent Living Support Professional

We are seeking an Independent Living Support Professional to join our team at Tunbridge Wells Age UK. In this role, you will work closely with our service users to understand their individual needs and preferences, providing tailored support to enable them to live independently within their own homes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with older adults and their families.
