About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one care and support to clients, including personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities
  • Monitor and record client progress
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client

Requirements:

  • A passion for supporting others and delivering an outstanding service
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • No specific qualifications required, but full paid training provided
