CV-Library is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to work in a 5 bedded EBD Children's Residential Home in Surrey.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for young people with ADHD, ASD, trauma-related behaviours, and those who have suffered from neglect and abuse.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of young people are recognised and met.
  2. Lead shifts, deploying staff effectively and promoting a positive and nurturing environment.
  3. Protect young people from harm, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within an EBD residential children's home for 8-18 year old children.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £33,000.00, including sleep-ins, and benefits include casual dress, company pension, discounted or free food, free parking, on-site gym, and on-site parking.
