About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Behaviour Assistant, supporting students with behavioural needs and helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

  • You will play a vital role in developing and implementing individual behaviour plans, utilising your expertise to create tailored strategies that cater to each student's unique needs.
  • Your responsibilities will also include offering interventions and support to help students manage their behaviour and emotions, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as education, psychology, or related fields, is desirable but not essential. However, you must possess significant experience working with children or young people in a school or support setting.
  • A deep understanding of child development, particularly in relation to behaviour and emotional needs, is crucial for this role.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting children with diverse needs is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
