Regional Product Executive

BMS Performance, a leader in surgical sealants and tissue repair technology, has a vacancy for a skilled sales professional in the Southwest region. The company is looking for someone to drive sales across NHS and private hospital theatre and A&E departments, leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones. The successful candidate will have a passion for teamwork, product knowledge, and education, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role
This position involves facilitating product trials and evaluations, leading clinical education sessions, and building relationships with hospital staff. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their knowledge of BMS Performance's products and the NHS sales process. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, enthusiastic, and sales-focused individual with a proven track record in consultative sales roles. Previous experience in the Med Devices or Healthcare industry is highly desirable, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to hold a full driving licence and be comfortable travelling daily to see customers.
What We Offer
BMS Performance offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of £42,000-£52,000, a £12,000 OTE bonus, and benefits such as healthcare, pension, mobile, and laptop. Additionally, our employees enjoy 25 days of annual leave plus statutory holidays.
