Business Development Director

The Sales and Service Manager at Gold Group will oversee and expand sales of multi-vendor contract services. With our global presence, this role offers the ideal opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Performance Indicators:- Establish and implement effective sales strategies for multi-vendor contract services.
- Sustain or surpass sales targets through proactive engagement with clients and strategic partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Degree-qualified, preferably in the field of Chemistry.
- Advanced knowledge of chromatography, particularly HPLC.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sectors.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management.
- Previous experience in multi-vendor services sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A competitive base salary of $80,000 per year, complemented by an uncapped bonus structure.
