Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Director to lead our operations team at CBRE. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our contracts, achieving financial and operational targets, and driving continuous improvement.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of operational managers and staff to deliver high-quality service to clients.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior operational role.
- Proven track record of delivering business growth and improvement.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
