Business Development Manager

This role requires a results-driven professional with exceptional leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive business growth alongside the General Manager. We are seeking an experienced manager who can maintain and develop high standards and reputation while nurturing a growing membership base and team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the gym.
- Assume responsibilities as the General Manager in their absence.
- Deliver outstanding commercial performance by driving sales and revenue growth.
- Ensure operational excellence through effective management of club standards and processes.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve success.
The ideal candidate must possess experience in a management position within the leisure industry, demonstrate passion for customer service, and exhibit strong inspirational leadership qualities. A minimum Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification is required, along with experience in driving sales and managing successful teams.
