Job Description

A seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager is required to lead our Midland's team and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will enjoy a comprehensive salary package, including:

  • Base Salary: £60,000 per annum.
  • Bonus Potential: Uncapped with an estimated Overtime Threshold of £100,000
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Manage and coach a team of Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement to enhance team performance.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Travel extensively throughout the UK to visit clients, attend meetings, and lead team workshops as required.
