Sales and Business Development Manager

A seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager is required to lead our Midland's team and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will enjoy a comprehensive salary package, including:
- Base Salary: £60,000 per annum.
- Bonus Potential: Uncapped with an estimated Overtime Threshold of £100,000
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and coach a team of Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement to enhance team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Travel extensively throughout the UK to visit clients, attend meetings, and lead team workshops as required.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
