We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Westlakes Recruit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.

Job Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth. This will involve working closely with our sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the nuclear industry and its challenges.

In terms of salary, we estimate this role to pay around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Budgeting and forecasting revenue from key accounts
  • Monitor and report on account performance, including sales, revenue contribution, and client satisfaction
  • Foster long-term partnerships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
