Field Business Development Manager

Search is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Business Development Manager to join our national team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in leading teams in B2B environments, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop their team members. They will also have a proven track record of selling to various audiences, including business owners, directors, and HR managers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving overall new business revenue and volume targets, while ensuring minimum activity levels are maintained and exceeded
- Delivery of self-generated new business through effective coaching and management of Business Development Managers
- Conducting monthly and quarterly one-on-one reviews with Business Development Managers to ensure effective communication and identify areas for improvement
- Monitoring, managing, and reporting on Sales KPIs and Sales Performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales performance metrics and be able to drive results-driven sales strategies. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
With a basic salary of £60k per annum and an uncapped bonus with an OTE of £100k, this role offers a highly competitive compensation package.
