Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Weekend Sales Associate at Lookers Glasgow Audi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a world-class experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries confidently.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
  • Ensure the dealership is kept tidy and well-presented at all times, reflecting positively on the Lookers brand.
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as data entry and filing, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • High level of product knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Confident and professional demeanor, with a warm and empathetic approach to customer service.
