Key Responsibilities:

As a Receptionist and Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering calls, and responding to queries
  • Managing patient diaries, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely appointment reminders
  • Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other organisations to facilitate treatment processes
